Ingredients
1/2 cup milk of your choice (I use almond/coconut milk)
1 serving hazelnut-chocolate protein powder (I use optimum nutrition new gold standard flavour)
1 avocado
1/2 banana
1 Tsp nutella
Method
Blend all ingredients together
For a thicker texture, decrease the serving of milk
For a thinner texture, increase the serving of milk
Optional- Serve with extra Nutella
This is a delicious, slightly naughty, high protein dessert!
