Another one of my all-time favourite breakfast bowls. Super refreshing, packed full of protein and perfect for hot summer mornings. This bowl is loaded to the brim with superfoods and delicious flavours

Ingredients

2 Tbsp acai berry powder

1 Serving vanilla protein powder (I use Optimum Nutrition Lean Whey as its only 98 cals  but high protein)

200ml coconut water

2 Tsp plain with coconut yogurt, I recommend Alpro

½ frozen banana, mango, blueberries, strawberries

½ Tbsp hemp seeds

½ Tbsp chia seeds

½ Tbsp coconut flakes
